Ideally, you should do this once every 3 weeks

Always wash your hair twice with shampoo and always use a conditioner or mask to seal your hair cuticles and get the maximum effect out of your curls.

Always remember that the healthier your hair is, the more beautiful your curl will be!

For the best results, you "layer" your products.

This varies greatly; one person cannot do without a leave-in, while other curls will weigh down from it.
